I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Puebla for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff at this historic mansion-turned-hotel were incredibly helpful, especially the English-Spanish speaking concierge who even lent me a cell phone. The beautiful building itself made me feel like I was living in a fairy tale or a movie. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they happily catered to my vegetarian needs. The open courtyard in the middle was a unique feature that added to the overall charm of the place.

    Would recommend this hotel.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this charming hostel! the high ceilings and beautifully decorated interiors created a warm and festive atmosphere. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing us with great recommendations for nearby attractions. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, with key landmarks and restaurants within walking distance.

the bathrooms were a bit far from our dorm and could use some maintenance, with a strong smell of sewage.

This hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. You can't beat its central location, right above a lively Irish pub. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a touch of elegance like the huge crystal chandeliers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and giving great tips for exploring the city.

The common areas could use some improvement, with limited power outlets and outdated furniture.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming hostel in a great location. The antique decor added a unique touch to the experience. The staff member who worked in the evening was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The best part was the comfortable mattress that gave me the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. And having a restaurant downstairs was so convenient for breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend Leonora Hostal!
